Refund & Returns Policy

You can return unworn Chrome Hearts items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging.

Return window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days we are unable to offer a refund.

Condition

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact. We cannot accept items that show signs of wear.

How to start a return

Email support@chromeheartleggings.com with your order number to request a return. We will reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 30 days. You will be notified by email once it has been issued.

Exchanges and final sale

We do not offer exchanges — please return your item for a refund and place a new order. Final-sale items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.
